Kearsley Academy's Got Talent Sell Out Show!

14 December 2012

On Tuesday 11th December students from years 7 - 12 showcased their talents in this years 'Kearsley Academy's Got Talent'. Over 40 students made the final show with 13 acts performing.
The show opened with 13 of our BTEC Level 3 Sixth Form Music students performing a 7 minute 'mash up' journey through a variety of music genre.
Our hosts, A-level Drama / Theatre students Oliver Foster and Luke Watson led us through a fantastic night of performing arts. All of the student 'acts' were brilliant and were so professional! Not only did they perform in the evening, they also performed a morning and afternoon show for our partner primary schools.
The show was completed by our fabulous acoustic 'rain choir' conducted by Level 3 Music students.
A great night was had by everybody and is a true celebration of performing arts!
